By downloading or using Daycron, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Use of the app
Daycron is a personal productivity tool for macOS. You may use it for personal or professional purposes. You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
Use the app to violate any applicable law
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the app or its connected services
Your data
You own your data. Daycron stores your tasks, activity logs, and settings locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data leaves your device and how it is handled.
AI features
Daycron uses OpenAI to power distraction detection during focus sessions. App names and window titles are sent to OpenAI for this purpose. By using focus mode, you consent to this processing. AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate.
Warranty
Daycron is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use the app at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daycron and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including data loss.
Early access and premium
Daycron is currently in early access. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time. Users who receive a lifetime premium offer as a result of shipped feedback will be honoured when a paid tier is introduced.
Termination
We reserve the right to revoke access or terminate accounts that misuse the app, abuse any offer, or violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of Daycron constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
